Placing an Order

In a Hurry?
If you need your order processed faster than the posted processing time on our website, we have rush service available. Our rush order fee is $20.00 when applicable. Expedited shipping charges will also apply. To place a rush order, please call us during normal business hours at 1-231-632-2631 or send us an email. We will do our best to meet your deadline within reason.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We can also accept cashier’s checks and personal checks. All orders by check or money order will be sent upon receipt of payment. Please call ahead to get a total for your order including tax and shipping costs and send to:

Shipping
Most orders leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days (not including weekends) from date of order. Please estimate about 7-10 days for delivery time from the date the order is released to UPS. Please note personalized  items may require more processing time.  

International Orders

We ship internationally! International orders take 6-8 weeks and are generally shipped at an economy rate. Please note there may be additional customs delays, so please plan ahead. Expedited shipping is also available at a higher shipping cost.

Guarantee/Returns
Return will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your shipment if the item  has been unused and in the original packaging. Personalized items may not be returned unless they are incorrect. Also, due to FDA regulations food items can not be returned. If a return is needed, please contact us immediately so that we may process your return promptly. Sales Tax
Michigan sales tax (6%) will be assessed for all orders, except food or candy products. This is Michigan law.
