Standard Shipping Rates

Based on the number of items ordered and the type of items, some orders may come in more than one package.

These are our standard shipping rates; however, certain oversized or custom items may have handling surcharges. Any additional charges will be described on that product’s page.

If your order has unusually high shipping and handling charges from FedEx or UPS because of certain circumstances, such as your location or the size of your order, we reserve the right not to ship the order. If this occurs we will contact you within 1 business day of placing your order to quote you the additional shipping costs.

Surcharges for Shipping Address Mistakes

If your shipment requires extraordinary handling by our shipper due to the order having a wrong address, no one being available to receive the shipment, or any other reason, we will pass along those charges to you at the cost we've been charged by our shipping provider, and charge the credit card used in the original purchase.

When can I expect my order to arrive? ships from several different warehouses around the U.S. We try to give shipping estimates based on the longest time in transit for ground shipments. We process orders Monday through Friday, and orders received prior to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are shipped same-day. Orders placed later than 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the following business day. Orders we receive over the weekend are processed and shipped on Monday.

Why do APO/FPO/HI/PR/GU Have Different Shipping Rates?

Some of our suppliers will not ship to these addresses, especially for personalized or specialty items. Instead, we have them send the merchandise to our facility in Washington State, where we inspect the merchandise for quality, prepare the customs forms, and re-ship from our facility to the address. Our rates are higher because of this extra handling.

Billing & Shipping Address Issues

To protect our customers, all orders go through some verification steps. If your “Ship To” and “Bill To” addresses are different, we may put your order on hold until we are able to reach you by phone and confirm the details of your order. Please make sure to include an accurate phone number so we can reach you during the day.

We also verify that the billing address matches the address on file with your bank. If it does not match, your order will be delayed until we can verify the correct address. To avoid any delays with your order’s processing and shipping time, please make sure that the address you enter in the shopping cart matches the address on your credit card or debit card statement exactly.


Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose. All shipping estimates begin AFTER the order leaves our warehouse. We use FedEx or USPS (Priority Mail), depending on the shipping method you choose, the shipping address, and the size of the package. Delivery time for ground shipments is typically five business days (not counting the day it’s shipped), although it may take longer for APOs and remote locations.

Rush Delivery Options: 2- and 3-Day Delivery

2- and 3-Day shipping times begin the day after the shipment leaves our warehouse. Usually, our shippers will not include weekends and holidays in the delivery estimates, and they do not deliver on weekend or national holidays. Ex: an order placed on Thursday will arrive on Monday with 2Day shipping, not on Saturday.

Overnight Delivery

Overnight shipping is not one of our standard options, but we will ship overnight if you need us to. For a custom overnight rush delivery quote, please call us or email us at with your zip code and a list of items in your order.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping

We ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail for APOs, PO Boxes, Hawaii/Alaksa, and US Territories, plus for anyone who desires to use the USPS. Delivery times begin the day after the order leaves our warehouse. USPS Priority Mail typically takes 2 to 3 days, and the USPS does deliver on Saturdays, which can save you an extra delivery day in some cases.

Don't select the USPS option if:

  1. You want guaranteed delivery dates, with detailed trackable delivery status. USPS does not provide detailed tracking status on packages in their system. Instead, choose 2- or 3-Day shipping instead to have access to FedEx’s detailed shipment tracking. USPS orders arrive in 2 to 3 mail days (excluding Sundays and holidays) in 95-98% of shipments, but delivery times are NOT guaranteed.
  2. Insurance on your order. Although packages shipped via USPS ARE insured, we can send a replacement package more quickly if you use the 2- or 3-Day shipping option.

Weather & Unforeseen Events Delivery Delays

Unfortunately, Mother Nature can impact your delivery date. Please make sure to plan accordingly. Ordering early can help ensure that you receive your order in time for your event, even in the case of unexpected delays.

APOs, PO Boxes, Hawaii/Alaska, Puerto Rico and other American Territories

We ship these orders via USPS Priority Mail, so please make sure to select this option when checking out If you don’t, we will automatically process the additional charge for the expedited handling. Please note that the USPS does not provide detailed package tracking like FedEx, and they do not guarantee their delivery times. For Guam, USVI, and other US territories, we will review the order, and contact you with a custom shipping quote.

Return Policy Overview:

At we try hard to make sure you are satisfied with your order. Most of the items we sell are returnable (generally with a small restocking fee). Certain items cannot be returned (e.g. food items and personalized items, etc.) for safety and resale reasons. In order for you to be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be returned to us unopened, in its original condition and it must be able to be restocked in NEW CONDITION within the time limits outlined below.

Which Items Cannot be Returned?

  1. Personalized items are non-returnable, unless an error was made by us in processing your order. If you ordered the labels or tags separate from another item, the non-personalized item may be returnable, but not the tags or labels. Please contact customer care if you have a question about this policy related to your order.
  2. Edible items such as mints, chocolates, and cookies are non-returnable.
  3. Diaper cakes and other made to order items. All items with Part Numbers beginning with “TW,” “PR” and “BB” are made to order items and cannot be returned.
  4. "Closeout" merchandise or patterns. Check the Theme Page for details if your item is considered Closeout.

Before returning any item, you must contact us and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

How do I get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)?

How long do I have to return an item, and what is my restock fee?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of shipment. The restocking fee is typically 10% or $4.50 (whichever is greater), but some of the items we sell are specialty items that ship from specialty manufacturers who have different return policies. We use a 2 or 3 Digit Product Code Prefix for each item we carry - based on the Product Code Prefix, here is how long you have to return the item, and what the restock fee is:

* If you received free shipping on your order, and return merchandise from that order, in addition to the restocking fee you will also be charged a return shipping fee for the actual UPS, USPS, or Fed-ex Retail Rate incurred by to ship the item to you.

** We cannot accept partial returns on FC items.

Undeliverable Shipments:

If a package is deemed undeliverable because of an incorrect address given by the customer and returned to us (or our other specialty manufacturers) the customer is subject to the return shipping fees and restocking fees. If the delivery is refused by the customer because of a UPS or USPS delay due to adverse weather conditions, the same fees apply. Some items are non-refundable, including personalized items, edible items, and other specialty products.

How do I Package and Ship My Items Back To You for a Return?

Our customer care team will send you packaging and shipping instruction along with your RMA number. You must include your RMA number on the package, and must include a copy of your receipt or invoice in the package. Also make sure to include your name, address, and a valid phone number, as we cannot process a return without this information. We recommend using an insured carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or the USPS for all returns.
